Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Because many of our ceramic pieces are one of a kind and sourced from independent Jingdezhen workshops, processing time may include final item confirmation, inspection, and protective packaging.
Shipping Time
We ship from Jingdezhen, China.
Estimated delivery time to the United States and Canada is usually 8–20 business days after the order has been shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Damaged Packages
Ceramic items are fragile and will be packed carefully for international shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 507084030l@gmail.com. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
